Requirements:
The individual we seek is bright and creative; is a problem solver; can think on his/her feet and can learn from and contribute to a team. Must work well in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment. Will be supporting our customers on the ALOHA POS software, Windows platform, networking software and hardware support. MUST have technical help desk experience. MUST have Windows 95,98, 2000, NT Workstation, NT Server and basic networking skills. Knowledge of food and beverage industry very helpful as is help desk experience with application/industry software. The high energy individual we seek will share rotation of on-call pager and rotate Saturday shift. Reliable car required. Salary range is 28K – 32K.
